Mr. Kadrey’s work is…well, it’s out there. Some of it is erotic, some of it intense, some of it, like this shot of a woman fellating a tentacle reminiscent of some Lovecraftian Elder God, this is just fucking awesome.
This hits some kind of porn barrier, and then rockets right passed it. Because who gets off on the idea of a lady giving some other-dimensional being a blowjob? I’m sure that person exists, but they’re in a wicked tiny minority, and their minds are strange and glorious things. That should never be encountered.
And that Mr. Kadrey should evoke such thoughts with his photography, which in addition to being…transcendent porn? Interdimensional porn? is also technically solid as a rock? Amazing.
