Heard this song yesterday on the radio twice, within 5 minutes of each other. All hail Nate Dogg, King of the Chorus.
It’s obviously a sign I need to get me some broads and but a cap in a few niggas.
Which brings up a question: the term “broad”, good or bad? I noticed a few years ago I was saying “bitch” way too often, so I started using other terms to replace it, dames, broads, ladies. Same with “girl”, I try not to use that too often to describe a woman.
But broad…my dad used to use that word, referencing his…well, his women. Employees, what have you.
So I think it might maybe be derogatory, but I’m a guy, so not sure. Is it?
