A 330am text woke me up, see. Figured I’d putz around on the internet for a few minutes until I got sleepy again, found myself listening to the Dune soundtrack, and my soundtrack playlist is alphabetical, so next up was the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind soundtrack, and next thing you know, it’s 457am, and I’m listening to a downer of a Beck song.
The occasional car driving past, pitch black outside, breakfast plans unceremoniously canceled, allergies kicking up, and now Beck’s gotta get all Sea Change era on me.
I’m pulling the plug on this pre-morning wake time. Back to the comfortable oblivion of sleep for me.
