Ian & I will be working all the picture-taking apparatus at this event. We went and scoped out some sweet lighting gear, I’ll maybe have some kind of fruit-based cocktail, and we’re gonna run around like we’ve been famous for years.
So come, drink, watch some wee movies, get your photo taken by us, kibbitz, no big whup.
Hell, maybe we’ll meet, there’ll be some weird spark between us, and we’ll become BFF. We’ll text each other in the middle of the night, do all kinds of fun things together, take some photos, eat some pumpkin ice cream, then I’ll say something, or you’ll say something, and it’ll get all awkward, and then we’ll slowly drift and eventually see each other only at other Tumblr events, accompanied by our new BFFs, and it’ll be brief and wistful and eventually we’ll forget the Why of our parting, but we’ll sense enough that we’ll never un-part. But we’ll always remember that, if just for a li’l while, there was some magic.
Yeah, you should definitely come to the festival.
