I made this three years ago, after first seeing The Prestige. Damn fine film. Bit of a hokey triptych, but a damn fine film.

I post it now because I just watched The Prestige again, first time since seeing it in the theatre.

And it is still a DAMN FINE FILM.  Beyond the solid acting, the sharp plotting, beyond all that there is the exacting pace of the film which builds to this tragic and potent finale.  I just shook my head at the skill evidenced.
