it’s 441am, and if all goes well today, I’ll be shooting Laura again. Gonna have someone new slap some serious make-up on her, take her up into the woods, much like I did for this shot. Though, I feel I’m a bit too shallow with this shot, the in-focus eye is too obscured, it’s all just a bit too soft, and I’m a man likes detail. Can’t necessarily remember the details, I’m shit when it comes to properly remembering quotes, for instance, but I like ‘em all the same.
Of course, almost every time I mention a shoot on the internet before it happens, something comes along to futz with my plans.
But I don’t believe in an interventionist god. But if I did…I’d still think he was too busy to fuck with my photo shoots.
