Looking at this now, I wish I’d had more time with the whole family. As much as you plan ahead, there’s no underestimating the importance of that on-the-spot ideaspace. That’s one of the reasons I like shooting models more than once. Sometimes that first shoot is the Break The Ice shoot, where you’re just getting to know them, so that next time you can really go to town.
