Four cameras:
- a Canon 5D, which has, over the past year, become my main camera. 2 years ago I hated the very idea of digital, now I can’t imagine a shoot without it. Color me enlightened.
- a Mamiya c330. It’s a beast, but I do love me some medium format film. I take maybe 3, 4 shots with this during a shoot, max, because it’s expensive to get the film developed. I back up further than I would with the Canon, like getting a bit more of the environment in.
- a Polaroid 680. This is my favorite camera EVER. If I use it at all during a shoot, it’s usually only for a single shot, as close as I can get. Now that they’re gonna start making Polaroid film again (TOMORROW, AAAAAAH), I’m actually concerned, because this camera, in addition to being perfectly suited to my style, is quite old. I actually went and bought a back up yesterday, just in case.
- my iPhone. shits and giggles, that’s what this one is for.
