what i love about this shot isn’t, strangely enough, the shot itself.
which is solid.
but what i love is how she, instead of trying to achieve this effect through some kind of post processing, ran to her scanner and scanned the single shot as it developed, capturing one of the things that make Polaroid so interesting and unique. That slow burn of gratification caught and frozen, fragmented, dissected so that we can see its insides.
Spectacular.
