I’m fickle when it comes to nudity.  When I look at a shot with nudity, I have a high standard.  Otherwise it’s a gimmick, or exploitative. I want something interesting, where the nudity is actually crucial to the shot.
And I don’t even know if I’ve been able to attain that in the nudes I’ve taken, but it’s something I aspire towards.
Johan has nailed it with this shot.  It tells a story, has within it the potential for several stories, really. It’s rich, lively, and the nudity included is part of the piece, not a “OOH, BOOBS!” shot, but a shot that, I think, is a reflection on the fun of being a photographer, the fun in photography.
