Whale & Wasp - Alice in Chains

Heard a song from the Singles soundtrack on the way home, an old Screaming Trees tune. 

But once home, wanting more early 90s grunge, I found I had no Screaming Trees.  So my next choice was Alice in Chains.  But I couldn’t find my favorite of theirs, Dirt, on my computer. 

So while I downloaded that, I put on Jar of Flies, their ep after Dirt, and really an amazing album.  As this track should attest to.

For anyone who thought the band didn’t have much range beyond grisled heroin-fueled angst, give this album a listen, see if’n it don’t change your mind.
