Paypal has a tutorial, I got it from them. Frankly, I have absolutely no memory of the process, but check out their site, it’ll walk you through the whole thing.
And yes, it has made me obscenely wealthy. I am currently writing this while being waited on by monkey butlers. On a chair made of gold.
