The house behind her would’ve been nice, had it not been left to rot. Charming den area with a brick fireplace, several bathrooms, at least three bedrooms…though, the bathrooms were right next to each other, the bedrooms were tiny, the closet space oddly situated.
Not all that sturdy, either, as I was able to kick my way through a wall without much trouble. Thinking back, it was a weird joint, large in all the wrong places, laid out without any thought to comfort or flair.
Perhaps it was better off as it was, home to a white owl, backdrop for my photos.

Where she introduced me to Cody, where we made our way into an abandoned house, where we found a giant LIVE owl, where we scoffed at unimaginative graffiti, where I played with the LED lights I bought a few weeks back.
Where we all had ourselves a fine fine time.

Grey days are great for photos.
Not that I’ve planned a shoot for today (bangs head against wall).
one more, and now it’s time for sleep. Lots to do, tomorrow.
Most of the shots from this shoot I messed around with. Was never completely satisfied with the quality of the shots, the giant gap in color quality from digital to medium format. So I used that dissatisfaction to adjust the colors in almost all of the digital shots, found a sequence of settings that pleases me.
So now I show you. And now I pass the fuck out.
